Long Time, No See
Luckily for me, 
wesa has family down this direction. She and her man came down from Seattle to be with her family for the holiday, and she was able to stop by and see me on the way home today. I'd never had the opportunity to meet Carl, her guy, since I'd left Seattle before they started dating, so that made the visit twice as nice.
I'd almost forgotten how much I missed her...a seriously cool chick, to say the least. And Carl is a great guy, I like him a lot. hold on to that one, Wesa...it was good to see you so happy. Actually, turns out that his sibling just got married and moved to Portland, so I might get to occasionally see more of them, in the future.
Anyway, all good things must come to an end, I suppose...but no one gets out alive without one of these...
*Yes, I look freakin' huge. The light coloured shirt and black jeans and dark background conspired to make me look bigger than I really am. Not that I'm denying my size, mind you.
