See, Di and I started, not a diet or eating regimen, per se, but rather just planning our meals more and trying to get more variety in them. It all works into our plan for changing our health habits with the new year. We'd already started making one night a week a "salad night", and with the meal planning, we're eating less red meat and more chicken, etc. Nothing drastic, just a small change for now (we're not doing anything major until after the holidays).
Tonight was cheese tortellini in a four cheese sauce, which was good, and filling, but I'm still feeling hungry symptoms (though I don't want to actually eat anything). Fuckin' weird feeling, and not a great one. Ah well.
On the flipside, today was
