</a></b></a>, that's who.
As it turns out, she lives not 5 minutes away from from the house that Dimebag and his brother have in Dallas. Since he's a 'local boy made good', there is quite a collection of flowers, cards, and general memorials going up there. She mentioned that she was going over there to get a few pictures, and to take a bunch of flowers from her brother, who is out-of-state.
Now, I've been a huge Pantera fan all my life, and I knew that strangewink and necrobutcher were also major fans of Dimebag's, so I asked her to leave a note that I wrote (using a few words from Bill) from the three of us when she went. The flowers came in handy, as I understand it's more than a bit windy, there, so they held down the note nicely. She got pix, too...
The note reads:
Darrell -Thank you, Kitty. That means a lot to me; I really appreciate it.
Our sadness of losing a person so full of crazy energy and so fun, is compounded by the loss of what we consider to be one of the greatest guitarists of all time. We shall miss you as all the rock world will. You'll forever shred in our hearts and minds, and our souls shall hear you forever.
Rock Heaven And Hell Alike,
from Frank, Bill, and Myk
