Books Available

OK, as I said, I'm cleaning out my boxes and bookshelves, getting rid of a few that either I didn't care for, have read so many times that I don't read anymore, or read, and probably wouldn't read again (several scientific works, for example). Before I dump these off at the local Goodwill or something, I'm giving you guys a chance at them. For the large hardcover books, I'd appreciate a buck or two for shipping, but I'm not dogmatic about it.

(struck-through entries have been claimed)

HARDCOVERS
Non-Fiction (these all have a few dog-eared pages and light, pencil notations, but are otherwise in excellent condition - my father-in-law has a tendency to do this, but I've tried to go back and erase what I can)

Alpha and Omega: The Search for the Beginning and End of the Universe, by Charles Seife

The Clock of Ages : Why We Age, How We Age, Winding Back the Clock, by John J. Medina

The Book of Nothing : Vacuums, Voids, and the Latest Ideas about the Origins of the Universe, by John Barrow

Nothingness: The Science of Empty Space, by Henning Genz

When Life Nearly Died: The Greatest Mass Extinction of All Time, by M. J. Benton

Fiction

Ghoul, by Michael Slade - no dust-jacket

Bag of Bones, by Stephen King - perfect condition

Rose Madder, by Stephen King - perfect condition

Four Past Midnight, by Stephen King - slightly roughed dust-jacket, bookplate with my name inside front cover, book in perfect condition

The Tommyknockers, by Stephen King - dust-jacket shows signs of age, and has small tears at top of spine, book in perfect condition

Nightmares & Dreamscapes, by Stephen King - dust-jacket shows signs of age and grime where price tag was previously, book in perfect condition

PAPERBACKS

Guns, Germs, and Steel: The Fates of Human Societies, by Jared Diamond - perfect condition

Jack Kerouac: On The Road, The Dharma Bums, The Subterraneans - slight cover curl, otherwise perfect (all three Kerouac bits in one book)

Cryptonomicon, by Neal Stephenson - small corner of the front cover bent, otherwise excellent condition

It, by Stephen King - roughed up spine edges, and some cover bends. Original edition

Everything's Eventual, by Stephen King - perfect condition

Dreamcatcher, by Stephen King - slight spine roughage, otherwise perfect

Timeline, by Michael Crichton - cover damage, but still pretty good

What's So Funny About Getting Old?, by Jane Thomas Noland - perfect condition. Book of comics and anecdotes about ageing, but still mildly amusing.

Not Now, I'm Having A No Hair Day, by Christine Clifford - excellent condition. Small book of comics and anecdotes about cancer, but still mildly amusing.
