Well, Hell

Last night, during, um, intimate relations, I managed to seriously hurt my left knee...as in the damn thing didn't want to straighten out for about 5 minutes. Woke up to find my knee slightly swollen. Joy. All hail painkillers and icepacks.

Guess no bike ride for me today...
