Surprise!
So I'm walking down the hall here at the office, and I hear running footsteps behind me, and I glance back just in time to see 
gothtoy tear-assing towards me, a wild, grinning, malefic look in her eyes. It's amazing how quickly that look went to shock and surprise when I spun off her shoulder, let my arms swing low (she's only 5'2"), and scooped her into the air, my arms behind shoulder and knee.
*G*...the old reflexes are still there, it seems.
