polarbear starting his new semester of school, we haven't been doing our thrice-weekly bike rides for two weeks now. This morning, I got out and did the trail, and, man, am I feeling it. Stupid knees...oh well, my own fault, gotta build back up to where I was.Gonna be a slow day, which is nice for a change, since every other day this week has been filled with stuff to do. Still got stuff happening today, of course, but just not as much.
