Erik had a friend spend the night last night. I found it funny that this kid was frequently calling Erik a "wimp" or a "baby" over stuff (like a bowl Erik was acting was too hot to handle, this kid picks it up and takes it to the table for him, saying "c'mon, you big baby"); hopefully, this sort of thing will encourage him to grow up and toughen up a little. Once the sun was off the pool, we took them out swimming, and it just got worse, as this kid was running, jumping, swimming around, and Erik was just hanging on the steps.

chaosreality came out as well, so I jumped in, too. Eventually managed to talk to Erik a little, on the side, and at long last go him to quit being such a weenie and have some fun.

I swear, I worry about that boy. *twitch* Man, I'm sore today in places I need three mirrors to see, you know what I mean? Worked muscles that haven't been worked that much in a while. 'Twas good times, though.

In other news, we're all aware that the whole "lolcat" thing is just not my bag. Whole thing just passed me by without making an impression. Guess I'm just an old fogie, what can I say? Still, I admit, I laughed at these "lolmetal" pix, because, let's face it, no mater how tough they feel like they are, no matter how deeply they growl or loud they play...they look like dorks.

OK, off to get a little game time in, and then go have some lunch with
