Missin' Old Times
Yes, I'm a Southern Boy™, so there's just a part of me that's sorta required to like this song, I suppose. Still, beyond that, I'm a die-hard Skynyrd fan, what can I say? And while the song rocks, just by itself, I often remember, several years ago, sitting around my desk in my old apartment,
dravengodvamp kicked back next to me, both of us about three sheets to the wind, singing along at the top of our lungs. Good times.

Music does that to me, a lot. I can't hear "Sweet Child O'Mine" without thinking of me,
discordian and Alice in the parking lot outside the smoke shop, each of us doing a passable job of air-playing our respective band roles. When I hear Alice Cooper's "School's Out" it makes me think of the last day of high school, when I talked to a DJ I knew at the big rock station in the area and got them to play it as we were leaving, and passing the word to as many people as possible, so that the parking lot was full of Cooper. I could go on and on.
