Up side: second attempt at shibari last night which went over even better than before. Backed off from what I had done originally, down to some simpler work, and added a bit from one design to another, resulting in something that was very, very well-received. Needs to be perfected, but I can see it being something Dianna will enjoy frequently. ;)
Up side 2: Been trying to do 20 minutes of stair-stepping a day, to get back to some semblance of exercise. So far, that's enough to get a good heart rate out of me without feeling like I'm dying. When it becomes too easy, I'll add time. Already think I can see a difference, but that's probably wishful thinking. Still, it's a start, and that's good.
