I don't defend Florida, much. I grew up there, so reading something like this doesn't surprise me all that much that it happened there.

Brian Sterner is a quadriplegic, who can drive, somehow. Cops arrested him (at his home) on a driving warrant, and took him downtown. There, they told him to stand up so they could search him. I guess this mongoloid ass-clown deputy couldn't see that this wasn't gonna happen, and got annoyed that he wasn't jumping up to dance a jig for her...so she dumped him out of his wheelchair onto the floor. There, she and another officer search him, and eventually haul him back into the chair, and none too gently as the video shows, even getting a couple other passing officers to help.

Thankfully, the Chief Deputy seems to agree: "The actions are indefensible at every level," Chief Deputy Jose Docobo said of the incident. "Based on what I saw, anything short of dismissal would be inappropriate."
