daemonwise.it's...odd. It doesn't taste the way you'd expect, really. Dianna, who likes vodka, hated it. I dunno how much you could affect the flavor with differing qualities of vodka, but I'd bet that was a factor, as is the quality of bacon. Also, the peppercorns idea in the article might make a huge difference; i didn't use them this time, but I think I would if I do it again.
