Well, that was odd. Fired up PhotoShop and ImageReady to make a new icon (pictured)...and no matter what I did, all I could get was the 'Hand' tool. Nothing else would work, even after closing both and re-opening. Different pictures, same thing.

Waited a minute, tried one more time, and it worked fine. (*insert creepy music here*)
