Geek Fun

So, the geek in me wanted to give the new Google Chrome browser a whirl. I'm sure some things will change, as this is just the initial launch.

Pros:
- very easy to use
- incredibly fast
- nice safety features
- "New Tab" page is pretty nifty

Cons:
- not skinnable and looks like it was designed by Fisher-Price
- feels "light", like there should be more to it; I think this is a reaction to the customizability of Firefox, and will probably become more implemented as it grows
- Plug-ins will be part of this, but I don't see any place to manage them..."to be added", I guess
- I understand why they put the tabs at the top, but it's weird getting used to

Too early to tell if I'll switch, but I haven't hit anything yet that makes me say "Ah, well, never mind, then." I'm sure missing my AdBlock plug-in, though. ;)
