I just conferenced between a tier 2 BroadBand tech, myself, and a pre-install rep in Atlanta to find out how badly we were screwing over a customer and how we were gonna put a stop to it...all while running between 3 different supervisors for info no one had. Earlier today, I lay under my desk for 10 minutes, attempting to get a woman to shut up long enough to tell her that I could help her if she would do one simple thing...and also earlier, I muted a customer to yell at a coworker to 'shut the freaking hell up'...which resulted in a long convo with my senior manager.
