- nab .flv files of "G.I.Joe: Resolute" from YouTube
- convert files to AVI
- spend time finding a freeware AVI trimmer
- spend time trimming bumpers off of files
- discover AVI indexing is now gone, figure it's not an issue
- attempt to combine into one long AVI: fail, program locked up, decide it's not important
- attempt to burn to DVD, discover that Nero thinks there's no video information
- re-encode to WMV, Nero still thinks there is no video information (in trimmed or original files)
- allow WinAVI to simply make DVD files out of the series
- burn DVD, discover that first episode shows up on DVD as green screen, but all others are fine
- allow WinAVI to make DVD files out of original files instead of trimmed ones
- burn DVD, discover that first episode shows up on DVD as green screen, but all others are fine...AGAIN

- give up in utter disgust.
