Fine, Never Mind
Well, no one told me either way if they were coming over tonight. Mighty disappointing. *shrug* Oh well.

However, I've got half a fifth of SoCo in me, and I'm working on some wine, and I just watched Casino Royale (the recent one). Gonna go log in to some game, dunno what, we'll see...Dungeon Runners seems to be holding my interest more than City of Heroes, lately. Methinks my time in The City may be nearing a close, or at least a serious hiatus.

*gulp* You're not missing much, obviously.

Well, erm, you knew what my answer was? That being said, I'm a free man in...an hour and a half. You damn well better believe I'll be stopping by tomorrow, on the grand tour of Places That Aren't My Room. Maybe I'll kidnap you for the final leg.

Hell, if you're still up at that point, call or email. I'll drive out tonight.

Only for...another hour now! Serious, btw. Lemme know if you're up, brother.

I'd welcome it, but I'm tired and half-crocked...and while one of those wouldn't stop me, the other does. I'll see you tomorrow, brother, glad you're doing better.

We got the Aqueous Transmission to 49 at around 9:45 or so.

So, we need to refocus on some Team Awesome Tuesday Thursday Operational Outings.

I've got DR, but haven't messed with it in ages. If you end up going with that for awhile, let me know, and I may dust off the characters.

It's an interesting diversion, but not one I think would hold my attention long-term. It's fun on the side, though.

Yeah, that's about where I was. I just downloaded the DDO Unlimited client, and quickly remembered some of the start tedium-- but then again, most games have starter tedium, really. Should you decide you want to play that (it's free now, working on a similar model to DR), let me know-- it looks like I'll be running on Khyber to an extent.

Never tried DDO. If they are doing a free thing, I might give it a whirl in the future, perhaps.

They've been working on a switchover for a few months now, basically replacing the paid version with a free version that allows purchasable perks (a couple races, a couple classes, bumping up of levels, etc). Some perks can be purchased by redeeming things earned in game, but I think others are strictly monetary upgrades. There's also a VIP subscription option, allowing access to all of it while the subscriptions are active. Details are on the website.
