Well, that was fun. Went into the kitchen to find the floor wet and my faucet leaking underneath. Spent a nice long back-achingly good time cleaning up my kitchen and my basement, but got it handled. now just need my landlord to call me back and come replace this ancient fixture that has apparently given up the ghost.

Could have been a lot worse, so I'm thankful for that.
