My cat likes to get in the windowsill behind my bed. This wouldn't bother me except there's a set of blinds and a curtain in front of it. This means that she has to walk across the bed, behind my head, and shove her way through things to get there. At the very least, this results in clattering of the blinds next to me sleeping head.

This morning, she had some difficulty, and manged to dig her back claws into my palm as she tried. Obviously this woke me up, unhappily. I swung my hand back to swat her and managed to hit the iron headboard with my knuckles. So, yeah, I'm awake now.
