Screw it. I've officially started.
Not bad, really. Obviously, the start is pretty damn mild, but still, for as sedentary a life as I have, it was exertion. Felt good, though, in the end. I did screw up a little: the first week is alternating 60 jogging with 90 seconds of walking, and I did it the other way around. Not a BAD screw up, though. Anyway, handling it means the opposite is even easier. I'll still have yard work to add in on this, and some low-impact walking with Di form time to time, but here's hoping this gets me back on the road to some semblance of fitness.
