Just Another Day In Paradise
As usual, not much to update.

- traffic offense has been paid off as of this morning. nice to have that load off of my mind.
- numerauko's med changes are damn near stable and done. Still dealing with some serious fatigue issues, but everything else appears to be stabilizing.
- after pretty much ignoring any diet and exercise for a bit, I'm back to 270 this morning. This makes me happy. Now, to get the ball rolling again.
- made some absolutely delicious dinner for myself last night. Chopped up a chicken breast, fried the chunks up with some garlic and onion, added in portabello mushrooms, red pepper strips, and vinegar, then let it all simmer in some red wine. DAMN, son, that was tasty. Gonna have to refine that recipe a bit and serve it up again soon. Also, knocked back a Stella Artois last night...can't remember the last time I had one.

On the one hand, I wish I had more to pass along. On the other, at least there's no bad news.

PS: I'm not a fan of Jim Beam (for bourbon, I go for Maker's Mark), but Red Stag (Jim Beam infused with black cherry) is just too tasty for my own good.

The mushrooms/peppers/vinegar was a ting I found at CostCo, so they were kinda pickled (but not heavily). I'm making it again tonight for Jessica.

It really was tasty. The next time, I gave it a bit of extra spice, and a touch of sour cream to smooth it out.
