Mr Elmo Goes To Washington

Apparently, in an effort to convince Congress to increase spending for musical instruments and instruction in schools, Elmo appeared to speak on the school's behalf. Tax dollars at work...well, Congress in general seems like it needs to go back and do a little Sesame Street learning. Could do them some good.
