Why the fuck did they have to ban selling cloves in this country? You would not believe how badly I want a smoke right now. I'll make do with rum.

I have 2/3rds of one sitting in my ash tray in my truck I could mail you? (I didn't know they'd been banned, actually...)

Frank, they banned clove cigarettes. You can still go down to your local head shop and buy packs of clove "cigars" with no problem. In fact I just bought a pack of Djarum Black and Djarum Cherry Black for my wife the other day.

See? http://www.bnbtobacco.com/brands/djarum

Shit, hit reply too soon.

Scroll down and read about the "little cigars". They're basically cigarettes, just a tad bit larger like cigarillos.

Drunken ramblings. Still, good to know.

They are actually REALLY not that much different at all. I just went through like 3 packs of that shit in a week or two.

you can still order sampoernas online - or last time i looked you can. thank the gods.

i look for them to ban "flavored cigars", too. the reasoning behind the cigarettes was because "they're enticing to children". :eye roll:

I think they banned them due to the whole 'coughing up blood' bit

Actually, it was all under the umbrella of stopping the sale of "flavored cigarettes" in some attempt to sell less of them to kids. Not that many kids were going after cloves, but the added flavor lumped them in.
