Chicken baked with Greek seasoning and black pepper, on a bed of Vidalia onions. Sliced mushrooms and chopped garlic sauteed in butter. Chicken and onions sliced and added to the mix. Served with creamy mushroom rice.

Holy fuckya, that was good. Fat Man eats well on a budget!
