Yeah...there's a part of me that laughed over the action, but I couldn't help but shudder at it, too. Seriously, that's some fucked-up, illegal action, there. Yeah, stealing the snack was wrong, but gettign people fired like that? Yikes. Howzabowt just not leaving them in the fridge like that?

I mean, someone steals my brownies, they better hope I never find out, but this...man, this is just wrong.

She could probably plead it out. If she was charged with a felony, it would be in her best interests to plead it out, hopefully reducing it to a misdemeanor. I'm sure you have to disclose any misdemeanor convictions as well as felonies, but any assault on coworkers is going to result in no new job.

That's true. I think it's hilarious, and I hope the thieves learn a valuable lesson. It irks me so much that people think they can do whatever they want and never face repercussions .. then again if it were me, I'd have put dirty kitty litter or sand or something like that in it. Something that wouldn't get me in trouble with my employer or the law. But still, ...
