Friday Pix
At long last, a day off...and pay day, with a bonus attached! I think I'll take Jessica out to lunch, finally go see Prometheus, and I'm supposed to have a meet-up with the local gamer geeks to see about starting up some new games. potentially a nifty day, to say the least...but let's start it off with the Friday Pix!

Geek house

Mama and baby

This chimpanzee was raised in a home with this dog, and seems to consider it it's family

Steve Vai: The Early Years

Creative repurposing

Noted, OK

Did you ever have the feelin' you was being watched?

Sunset and clouds

Safety first

Puppy Transport

Er....I think the packaging machine might have a glitch

Cool, but cutting those edges will be a pain

Snack time!

If you need me, I'll be here

Tired out

Watchdog in training

Dinner time!

I can enjoy looking at pictures of cosplay, but i get tired of seeing the same things over and over and over and over. This, however, is possibly some of the coolest I've ever seen.

An active lava flow, a gentle rain, and a spontaneous dip-and-kiss while taking back-lit portraits of each other resulted in one of the best and most memorable moments a couple ever had.

Blue sunset

Have a great weekend, everyone!

I also loved those cosplayers. Think of how subversive that is too, they're dressed up as aliens who want humans to be good little consumers at Comic-Con!

Very nice and most appreciated. Thank you.

The red pandas are cute, as are the "They Live" costumes. I wonder how many people at the Con actually get the reference.

VERY nifty selection. I especially liked the bahrs (unsurprisingly). However, the chimp and the dog were painfully adorable, and I'd've totally done the lizard floor tiles, if we'd known about them...

Great stuff. The volcano picture is one in a million...and worthy of some sort of award.

It actually won a National Geographic Traveler's award.

a friend of mine group up with monkeys (yes, plural). Her mom is down to just one, now, but the monkey has her own puppy (well, it's full grown now, but it's a tiny little thing - granted, the monkey isnt that large).

I wonder if this monkey views the dog as it's pet too.

also.. eeeeee red pandas!!!

Fantastic set as always!

The building in the rock-face is gorgeous!

Dinner time: MAAAN that looks good!

Is the blue sunset photoshopped, or are there atmospheric conditions that can cause that? Pretty image, either way.

Thanks for sharing!
