R.I.P. Herbert Lom
Sad to discover, Herbert Lom has passed away quietly in his sleep at the age of 95. Best known for playing Charles Dreyfus, the exasperated police commissioner and boss of Peter Sellers' Inspector Clouseau in the Pink Panther films, he appeared in more than 100 films, notably starring in The Seventh Veil with James Mason in 1945, and alongside Alec Guinness and a pre-Clouseau Sellers in the 1955 comedy The Ladykillers.

I always liked his style. Rest well, sir. You've earned it.
