So, Back To 'Normality'
My apologies for my earlier outburst...just letting off steam. Not the 'Gunslinger' post...that's truth. But onward we stagger...

Di and I decided we hadn't been on a "date" in a while, so we took advantage of the free night and the pay she got for the photoshoot she did for moraxian to go out. Dinner at Olive Garden (where I had the Chicken Vino Bianco, which was to DIE for!), and a bit of a relax before heading downtown to catch "Cowboy Bebop: The Movie" at the Hollywood Theatre. All in all, I was very impressed...they didn't fall into the trap of trying to make the film oh-so-much-prettier than the normal show, but they did tweak it enough to be really pretty. The storyline was well-done, and it was just hella fun all-around. My only complaints are the fact that Jet didn't seem to have much of a part in it, and he isn't even on the poster! What's up with that? Still, if you're a Bebop fan, see it...well worth it, and getting to see it on the big screen kicked ass.

Tomorrow starts a day I'd rather not go through, but must: I get to RECREATE the logo I just got paid for, from scratch. Don't ask, it's a long story that isn't any fun...let's just say that I didn't think certain files were gonna be wanted 7 months AFTER the project was done...and they are. *sigh* Well, that's the art biz for ya.

I have to agree. I saw the movie as well and was deeply impressed by it.

It felt just as if I was watching a really long episode of Bebop without commercials. Definitely a plus! :D
