Farmer Frank

I happily admit that I lead a fairly sedentary lifestyle...so it was a little out of character for me to be up early this morning and back out at the in-laws, to spend the day helping Ray chop firewood...but that's what I did. Sedentary I maybe, but more than a few people have discovered that I'm also deceptively strong. Still, strong or not, after 4 hours of lugging chopped up tree parts around, splitting them, hauling them to the woodshed, and stacking them for the winter, my lower back isn't happy with me. Oh well, it'll pass.

Also got in the pool for the first time this season, once we got home...man, did that ever feel good. An early(-ish) night awaits me, for sure.
