I Fucking Quit

It's just been one thing after another lately. The pains, the problems, and now, yesterday, I come down with a sore throat. I can't win for losing...but unfortunately, the Gods have a sense of humour, and won't let me just die. Sadly, they don't seem to want to send me a bevy of gorgeous women in skimpy outfits to take care of me, either. Well, they sent me one...and really, that's enough. ;)

Finished Cryptonomicon last night. Good read, overall. Not a fast-paced book, and coupled with the fact that it's fairly long, it's not an easy read...but very good, in the end. Need to read something light and frothy before diving into the Midkemia books...Di just finished aone about a child murderer or something, howzabout that?

Remember, kids, it's apparently National Talk-Like-A-Pirate Day, so go get it out of your systems. savrille and I already got into the spirit of it this morning. Avast!
