Man Sues Cable Company For Making Him Lazy

You remember the guy who tried to sue the fast-food joints for making him fat? Well, someone just out-stupided him. Yes, this jackass is suing Charter Cable for making him and his family lazy and his wife fat. Apparently, he tried to have the service disconnected, but it wasn't...and so he got 4 years of free cable. Since he allegedly promised his family they could watch TV "as long as the cable was on", this made them fat and lazy, and this is the fault of the cable company for "not allowing him to make the choice as to what was best for his family"

I guess it never occurred to him to turn off the TV, or unplug it, or, I dunno, shag his fat ass off the couch and do anything other than sit there.

Thanks to etherpunk, for showing me this and lowering my opinion of humanity one more notch
