Man, it's one of those days. I can feel the mood swings going back and forth, back and forth...

For instance, after a pretty nice middle of the day, I find that, at the moment, I'm in a singularly rotten frame of mind. And of course, that nice middle was right after a morning which involved me staring down a desk full of Ford representatives, and quite loudly yelling "No! This is un-fucking-acceptable, and if I don't have a mechanic's hands on my car in 10 fucking minutes, someone's head is gonna fucking roll!" No, I'm not quite sure why I snapped like that, but I will say that it got results. Sometimes I forget how scary I can look. ;)

Anyway, yeah. Rotten mood. Me. Move along.

I had to do the same kinda thing with Choice Medical the other day. I informed them that this was unacceptable, and I will have given birth andnot need the supplies anymore beofre they got their heads out of their asses. Charlie then piped in and that got them moving. Some companies just have no sense of customer service...

smile; sounds like you did exactly what the situation called for. Hey do you hire out? The next time I have to go to a dealership I would hire you, :D.
