Now, the work involved in this thing is such that I would in way imply that I wish someone would make this for my birthday or something...yeesh, you'll see what I mean.  But it's gotta be one of the coolest cakes in the world.

Liver - chocolate cake with kiwi sauce
Small Intestine - jelly roll with red currant jelly
Bones: white chocolate
