Creepy Treat-Meisters

The ice-cream truck just passed by outside my window. On it's tinny little speakers, it's playing some western-themed music, very 'mosey across the prairie' kinda ditty...but, every few seconds, it plays out what I believe is supposed to be some kind of horse-like whinny. This might be OK, and certainly appropriate, if it didn't sound so much like a scared child's terrified, whimpering scream.

Nuh-uh, no ice cream from this guy.
