On every side of my home, there are fireworks going off. They have been going for the least 3 hours, and they'll be going for several more. No less than 8 different groups are going at it like gangbusters, probably more. I suppose I understand why it's going on tonight (being Saturday, and all), but man, it's really fucking annoying.

Maybe that makes me a grumpy old man. So be it. Bastards next door are blowing off shells and screamers and all manner of idiocy right outside my fucking windows.
