So, tomorrow, Stovokor (
strangewink's Klingon death metal band) is playing an appearance gig, promoting the release of Trekkies 2. Promises to be a helluva time, plus giving away a bunch of stuff and generally being the rockin' weirdos that they are.
I'm gonna go down and see them...and, to make things even cooler, I get to take Erik down to see the show. Hell yeah, I get to take him to his first rock/heavy metal show! \m/ \m/ So, a rockin' day, just the men, shall ensue tomorrow. Obviously, this means a day off from all work for me, baby.
If you are interested in seeing the boys play, you need to hit Tower Records, here in Portland, tomorrow. They'll probably be there most of the day, and if you see me, say "hi". If you can't make it, they'll be playing tomorrow evening at Sabalas/Mt. Tabor, 4811 SE Hawthorne. So go see them!
And, if you aren't in Portland, then you need to go pick up the movie, so you can see this giant God of Metal and his fellow Rockin' Badasses do their thing.
